A few weeks ago, I was contacted by an estate attorney.  The seller had died and the heirs were wanting cash for their house now.

The estate attorney was a little overwhelmed with responsibilities and didn’t have the time to list the property with a realtor.  She instead gave me a call.

The house is in need of repair.  It is a fixer upper.  It’s outdated and will need to be cleaned up.  The heirs didn’t want anything in the house, they didn’t want to even lift a screw driver.

We agreed to a price and in 24 hours I found a buyer for the estate from my list of investors. That investor paid cash for the property and will close.

It was that easy.
